About the Author
Joseph Davies is a program manager on the Networking and Communications
team in the Windows Server group at Microsoft. He has been a technical
writer and an instructor of networking technologies for 10 years. He is
the author of the award-winning Understanding IPv6 and coauthor of
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 TCP/IP Protocols and Services Technical
Reference. He also writes the monthly Microsoft TechNet Cable Guy
column.
Tony Northrup, MCTS, MCSE, CISSP, and Microsoft MVP,
is a networking consultant and author. He is the principal author of
Windows Server 2003 Troubleshooting Guide, co-author of the Windows
